We're looking to grow our interactive capabilities by bringing additional art direction and design leadership in-house. We are seeking an interactive art director to join our team and help take our products to the next level.

Qualified candidates will have experience designing in an agency environment and will have an exceptionally strong interactive and motion graphics portfolio. The interactive art director should be an expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS and Flash and action scripting; experience with After Effects/Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro would be a plus. Strong knowledge of HTML structure and superior interactive sensibilities are absolutely essential. Experience with the hair industry strongly desired.

Most of all, we're looking for someone who is comfortable being a flexible leader and strong team player, helping to drive the design direction and collaborate with programming / account management professionals to create the best possible products for our clients. We value web standards, but more importantly we're devoted to producing the very best applications we can for our users; we need someone to join in defining and building the vision, someone who thrives on making things better.

Requirements:
• BA/BFA in visual design or equivalent experience
• 4 – 7 years of agency design experience
• A strong interactive portfolio
• Proven experience creating well-organized, usable interactive designs
• Must be willing to go above and beyond to meet and exceed client expectations
